Process 1 was what they sold everybody on - which was PCR-like and basically ‘laserprinted’. They they squirted it into a spray of oils, and those LNPs contained ‘printed’ mRNA.
Process 2 is how they grow drugs in other lifeforms. They make vaccines in individual eggs, or they have giant vats of bacteria. There are large and small bioreactors. The only thing is that you have to filter out the remnants of the lifeform that you made the injectable in, and only extract the product you wanted the disposable bacteria to make for you.
The 44,000 people who got process 1 were either guinea pigs or rich elites, but it was the product that was being tested, and they took the time to do it as best as they could. This was Pfizer’s bid for the gold medal.
In theory the Process 2 is doable - it just requires cleaning out DNA from the E. Coli bacteria. Problem is that Kevin McKernan accidentally discovered the Process 2 were ‘cloudy’ with stuff from the bacteria plasmid guts. Pfizer made the product, and could not clean it CHEAPLY. They could have cleaned it. Instead the PDI rose, and they got ‘acceptable’ raised from 0.1 to 0.3 . The batches were FAILING STANDARDS SO THEY LOWERED THE STANDARDS.
They could have cleaned it expensively, like the laserprinted trial shots from Process 1.
But instead they had the PDI index go from under 0.1 to under 0.3.
And you have to have crazy nano-timed machinery to do that - you can be injected with PDI of 0.6 if a university makes up an investigational batch on the stove. But I digress.
The PDI is a fake number - it is converted into an ‘average size’ of LNP say 70-80nm. The bigger the PDI, the wider distribution of sizes that went into the calculation to make the same average size. LOW PDI means all the particles were 80nm HIGH PDI could mean a bad batch of 10’s and 200’s. This is a measure of LNP quality and size, and integrity. More later.
To wrap up the process story, Kevin Mckernan found DNA in the shots, big chunks (bad), and small chunks (very bad).
They didn’t find ‘flat, cloudy, sour beer’ in the bottle, they found a mouse and a marble. That’s what everyone else on earth got.

The FOIAed stuff shows 1.5 to 2.5 PDI, but I could only get numbers on like 10 batches in the world. They made hundreds and all the data is hidden. The FOIA’d released stuff is still mostly redacted. There is no ‘investigation’.
The LNPs themselves can be big, medium, small, broken, and have blebs which explode blood cells, micelles which will make amyloid seeds for alheimers and parkinsons, and LNPs in the ‘ice’ phase mixed in with the ‘water phase’ LNPs. There are normal LNPs, but they exist 6 differnet ‘phases’. Ballon phase to carry mRNA, Tube phase to rip apart the festering boil of cooking mRNA and release it into the cell. and 4 other sketchy phases which mean the drug broke down, into shards. Seriously 6 phases of these nanoparticles. Pfizer tells you they lead the world in nanotechnology, but the guy driving the truck is leaving with mud and mice.
