The LNPs bond to blood proteins in under a tenth of a second, the LNPs are so electric.
Aside from the bolus of molasses (Giradot's 'sandblasting' of the epithelium is actually the Zeta potential I suspect - until my model changes completely on the next AI query lol).
Long story short, it was probably NOT advisable to aspirate the shot. Depending on the batch maybe not even possible... The shots were diluted with saline first, so that would have thinned them. Maybe that was the point - to make the nurse look for clumps. Sad part is s/he would have shaken and stirred to remove them instead of throwing the vial away as instructed.
Even just squirting them out of the needle too fast could tear apart LNPs on the way in to make more seeds.
Aspirating could have been worse than not aspirating.

Yeah, citric acid is in soda pop, but phosphoric is in the colas. Not only do you get the sugar shot and all that goes with it, but Phosphoric acid is unique to the colas - it is extra hard on tne kidneys above and beyond...
Also fizzy C02 turns bones to chalk.
Not sure how real all this fibrinogen modelling is, but every day reveals something worse.
I keep thinking of the fridges vibrating thawed vaccine overnight.
